This cutter features a quick release knob on the durable die-cast zinc aluminum sliding bar that allows for fast and easy tool placement or removal on the pipe that needs to be cut. In addition to quick advance and manual advance, the cutter also features the ball detent wheel pin that simplifies wheel changes, allowing you to use the cutter on a wider variety of tubing types.

The Quick Release Tubing cutter features a triangular scraper to help remove burrs on the inside of the tubing. If you're looking for fewer burrs, it's recommended that you use a more gradual feed. In order to extend the lifespan of the cutter wheel, we also recommend you avoid side pressure on the cutter.
