REMS Akku-Curvo 22V Set - Basic Pack - 580014

The REMS Akku-Curvo 22 Volt Basic Pack offers wrinkle-free bending of many pipe types up to 180° degrees. Ready to use immediately without taking the time to adjust the settings, the Akku-Curvo features fast and creep speed with immediate stop for precise bending. This device can be used at the building site or the workshop without the need for a vice for sanitary, heating, air conditioning, refrigerating and hydraulic applications.

The Akku-Curvo can be used to cold bend hard, half-hard, soft copper tubes, also thin-wall Ø 10mm – 28mm, Ø ⅜ – 1⅛"; coated soft copper tubes, also thin-wall Ø 10mm – 18mm; thick-walled copper pipes K65 for refrigeration and air conditioning technology EN 12735-1 Ø ⅜ – 1⅛"; pipes of press fitting systems made of stainless steel Ø 12mm – 28mm; carbon steel, also coated Ø 12mm – 28mm; soft precision steel tubes Ø 10mm – 28mm; steel pipes EN 10255 Ø ¼ – ¾"; electric conduit EN 50086 Ø 16mm – 25mm; multi-layer composite tubes Ø 14mm – 40mm.

The device is features a drive machine with D-shaped handle, maintenance-free gear with safely slipping clutch, powerful battery motor 21.6 V, stepless, electronic safety switch with immediate stop, and right and left-hand rotation. As a compact, handy electric tool with integral absorbtion of torque during bending, it is a super light, drive machine with a battery pack that weighs only 8.5kg. Offering simple, effortless, and fast bending, this device can, for example, bend a Ø 22mm pipe 90° in only 6 seconds.

The Akku-Curvo is equipped with a robust, powerful battery motor 21.6 V, with large power reserve, 500 W output. It features Li-Ion 22 V Technology with its highly resistant Li-Ion 21.6 V battery with 5.0 Ah or 9.0 Ah capacity, for long service life. The Li-Ion 21.6 V, 5.0 Ah battery can handle about 90 pipe bends while the 9.0 Ah can handle about 160 pipe bends of the stainless steel Ø 22mm press fitting systems with one battery charge.
