Chamfering

ANC Distribution offers this line of REMS Chamfering products, which can help prevent sharper corners and edges from becoming hazardous issues. Chamfering tools allow you to put the finishing touches after you have made your cuts, giving the material a more refined look while smoothing away those potentially harmful ragged edges. We offer both the RAG P 16-110 Plastic Pipe Chamfer Tool (19mm-107mm) and the RAG P 32-250 Plastic Pipe Chamfer Tool (31mm-254mm). Both of these pipe cutter tools are incredibly easy to use along with the Cut 110 P and Cut 110 Cu-INOX. By chamfering the pipe, you help strengthen the material by preventing the torn, jagged edges from growing, breaking, and tearing away from the edge. These REMS chamfer tools can also be used for deburring at plastic sleeve welding and feature a pipe diameter and wall thickness that are steplessly adjustable.

Hinged Cutters

For a quick and accurate cut along your pipe, ANC Distribution offers our supply of Reed Hinged Cutters. These pipe cutters feature four wheels that cut through steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and ductile iron with only 90° to 110° handle swing. Only a 125mm clearance is required around the pipe, giving you plenty of room to work with. Strong guide fingers ensure the perfect wheel alignment for square cutes. A closed 360° frame forces all energy into cutting the pipe for maximum efficiency. You won't experience a shower of sparks in this cold cut. This Reed invention is the only hinged cutter that tracks every time and the only recommended one for ductile iron, steel, and stainless steel to Schedule 100. We carry a range of hinged curtains in the following sizes: 25mm-63mm, 50mm-101mm, 101mm-152mm, 152mm-203mm, and 203mm-304mm.
