ANC Distribution Australia Pty Ltd offers next business day dispatch from your nearest warehouse on most orders.
If there are any unexpected delays with release from our warehouse or stock location requires that we ship from interstate, we will contact you to keep you informed.
We work together with trusted shipping partners to help ensure your package arrives safely and in the same condition that it left our hands.
All of our general orders are delivered by Sendle Standard Delivery. For larger orders, bulky items and international deliveries, we will work with you to organise the most effective and efficient carrier in order to allow your goods to be received on time and at a cost-effective price.
ANC Distribution Australia Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to alter or substitute shipping carriers without notice.
Shipping Rates

Enter your information for the shipping destination – costs will be generated based on your input. If your order is deemed to be large or bulky, we will contact you regarding the delivery of your purchase.
NOTE: When offered, free shipping is subject to maximum weight and dimension limits. If your order contains items that do not comply, we will call you to discuss alternative options.

Returns Policy
ANC DISTRIBUTION RETURNS POLICY
All returns and replacements are subject to the following policy and conditions:
Items purchased on the ANC Distribution Australia Pty Ltd website are returnable directly to their place of purchase. It is advisable to check the purchased product warranty details for precise warranty claims and length of accepted warranty. All items sold by ANC Distribution may be subject to itemised policies and restrictions. Please contact the distributor in your state directly on: 1800 426 272 for further product information.
Cargo equipment and accessories, pipetools electric equipment, power supplies, batteries, camera and industrial products are all returnable for replacement or repair during their warranty period. These items are not able to be returned for credit.
Purchased items are not able to be returned unless proven they are defective. Only then can that product be exchanged for the same item. Any orders that have been purchased in bulk, a special order or discounted product, or items on promotion are not returnable under any circumstances and cannot be issued credit.
Unless contracted for installation or support services, ANC Distribution Australia Pty. Ltd. will not assist in the installation or configuration of items under any circumstances.
No opened or used items can be returned for credit.
Returns are subject to shipping and restocking fees. It is the Customer’s responsibility for the shipping all of the returned items back to the originated warehouse. ANC Distribution Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for any shipping charges for returns. The restocking fee covers credit card fees, processing, order handling and other expenses. The restocking fee is variable and depends on the product type, manufacturer and other conditions.
