Integrated Bulkhead

This lack of bulkhead means that the risk of incorrect installation is significantly reduced, making the overall installation process incredibly simple. Because they can be installed rather quickly, there's a reduction in installation costs. Additionally, the freight and logistics associated with conventional flexitank bulkheads do not apply with these Liquatrans flexitanks.

Instead of bulkheads, these flexitanks use integrated harnesses located at both ends of the flexitank that act as bulkheads but have the added benefit of prevent the liquid from moving around on the inside, eliminating the risk of spillage. They also remove the product from the centre of the side walls of the container, which ensures that they do not damage the container resulting in cost to the shipper.
