LiquA 20' R-Flex Reefer Flexitanks

Waterplex introduces the world leading superior self-supporting LiquA R-Flex Reefer Flexitank range.  This incredibly dependable flexitank can transform your refrigerated shipping container into a reliable and flexible means of storing and transporting liquids to their destination. Specially designed to be used for transporting non-hazardous and food-grade liquids in refrigerated shipping containers, the R-Flex can be used in standard shipping containers as well. It is ideal for dealing with high-density liquids, such as liquid sugar and fruit concentrates.

Unlike other types of flexitanks, the R-Flex removes the risk of damaging shipping containers and refrigeration equipment since it does not exert any pressure onto the sides of the containers. It also does not require any bulkhead, removing the freight, disposal, and waste costs that are related to bulkheads. There's also reduced installation cost and risk since the entire installation process is simplified. It only takes one person two minutes to install the R-Flex. When the R-Flex is properly installed, there will be a significant increase in shipping capacity per load, with 15 percent more payload than IBCs, 44 percent more payload than drums, and 50 percent more payload than bottles.

The Waterplex LiquA R-Flex Flexitank is capable of carrying a range of liquids, including fruit juices, fresh milk and other types of dairy products.  With the ability to carry up to 22,000 Litres, EVOH as standard AND the option of aseptic models, Waterplex can handle almost any bulk-liquid commodity.
