Our I-Flex is made from the same materials as our bulk liquid transport flexitanks that are used to ship up to 24,000 litres of liquid in 6m shipping containers. It has a durable two-ply polyethylene film with a UV-resistant polypropylene outer layer. Relatively lightweight to its size, this flexitank is supplied at a fraction of its final storage capacity.
The bladder tank can be easily and quickly deployed at short notice with little ground preparation and can also be manifolded together to increase storage capacity. When manifolded, it is possible to use valves to allow effective batch management of liquid food products and oils, ensuring that the "first product in" is the "first product out." It is also an ideal emergency water storage solution that can be easily transported to required locations and deployed to provide potable drinking water storage at short notice.
The Waterplex I-Flex Flexitank has the capabilities needed to help you transport a range of liquids, including lactic acid, additives, emulsions, fruit concentrates, transformer oils, vegetable oils, white oils, and palm oils, among others.
