Every toolbox is basically empty without a strong and reliable drill for the occasional odd job, and you can't go wrong with the REMS Helix VE, an incredibly handy power tool that can be used for drilling, driving in/loosening screws, and deburring pipes. Lightweight and easy to use anywhere, the drill comes equipped with one 50mm long bit with double blade slot/cross-head. Included with this offer is a comfortable carrying bag that allows you to store and transport the drill along with its accessories. Batteries are not included.

This tool provides you with great versatility that can be used for a variety of jobs involving assembly, disassembly, and repair. It can be used for drilling in steel or stone that is no greater than Ø 10mm, drilling in wood that is no greater than Ø 28mm, drilling with tile drills that are no greater than Ø 14mm, and for driving in/loosening screws no greater than Ø 7mm.

The Helix Drill features two continuously adjustable speed ranges from 0 rpm to 300 rpm and from 0 rpm to 1,250 rpm with 25 torque stages plus the drilling stage and the high torque of 31 Nm in the low speed range for powerful screw driving. The speed can be continuously controlled by variable pressure on the safety switch.

The Helix Drill is powered by a strong electro-mechanical drive with a powerful battery motor of 14.4V, 300 W output with a robust, 2-step, precision, ball bearing-mounted planetary gear. The drive is powered by a highly resistant Li-Ion 14.4V Battery with 1.5 Ah or 3.0 Ah capacity. With the 3.0 Ah capacity, the drill is able to drive in more than 1,000 screws 4mm x 40mm in wood. However, the battery is not included.
