What makes this tubing cutter so unique is its quick release knob located on the die-cast zinc aluminum sliding bar, which allows for fast tool placement or removal anywhere along the pipe or tube that needs to be cut. Along with quick advance and manual advance features, this cutter also has a ball detent wheel pin that simplifies the wheel change process, allowing you to use the cutter on a wide variety of tubing types. The knob also features a built-in reamer and spare cutter wheel.

If you experience burrs on the inside of the tube after cutting, the Quick Release Tubing Cutter has a triangular scraper for removing those burrs. For fewer burrs, try using a more gradual feed. Additionally, we recommend to avoid feeding the cutter wheel into the tube too fast in order to extend the cutter wheel's lifespan.
