These formers are designed with optimum matching in mind in order to guarantee material-compatible gliding without cracks and creases. The bending former is engineered from high-quality ductile iron while the back former is engineered from high-strength glass-fibre reinforced polyamide.
The 30mm bending and back former works with the REMS Curvo, Akku-Curvo, and Curvo 50 benders on coated, soft carbon steel pipes of pressfitting systems EN 10305-3. It also works on hard, half-hard, soft copper tubes (also thin-walled) with the Curvo and Curvo 50.
