You can experience clean and precise cold bending on a variety of tubes and pipes up to 90 degrees with the REMS Curvo 50. A universal, compact electric tool. The Curvo 50 offers wrinkle-free bending and it can be used instantly without setting it up first. Providing you with fast and creep speed operation for precise bending, the Curvo also offers rapid change of bending and back formers to save you a lot of time. This device can be used at the workshop or the job site without the need for a vice. With integral absorption of torque during bending, you have simple, effortless, fast working, bending, e.g. 90° bends of steel pipe Ø 1¼” in only 37 seconds.

The Curvo 50 has the strength to easily bend steel pipes DIN EN 10255 (DIN 2440) Ø ¼ – 1¼”; hard, half-hard, soft copper tubes Ø 10mm – 42 mm; thin-wall copper tubes Ø 10mm – 35mm; pipes of press fitting systems made of stainless steel Ø 12mm – 42mm; carbon steel, also coated Ø 12mm – 35mm (28)mm; and multi-layer composite tubes Ø 14mm – 50mm.

This device is excellent for metalwork and in sanitary, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and hydraulic applications. It is specially suited for steel pipe DIN EN 10255 (DIN 2440), pipe for pressfitting systems, for hard and half hard copper pipe, and for thin-walled copper heating pipe according to DIN EN 1057. It contains a drive unit with a maintenance-free gear and safety slipping clutch, a universal motor 230 V or 110 V, 50 – 60 Hz, 1000 W, a stepless electronic safety switch, and easy left and right hand rotation. It also comes with an adapter block 35-50, support 35-50, and insert bolt.

Bending formers and back formers of REMS Curvo, REMS Akku-Curvo, and REMS Sinus also fit in the REMS Curvo 50 drive machine with adaptor block 10 – 40, support 10 – 40. Therefore, you get simple, inexpensive stocking with no confusion possible. Bender cost is recovered after a small number of bends. There are no costs for fittings, storage, or procurement. You'll experience savings in soldering joints, pressing joints and working hours.
