The REMS Magnum (up to 50mm) is engineered to be a robust, compact, high-performance machine that can be used for a variety of applications, including threading, cutting, deburring, nipple threading, and roll grooving. It is able to produce 16mm-63mm pipe threads and (6) 8mm-60mm bolt threads quickly and effortlessly.

The Magnum is powered by a fast pole-reversible capacitor motor, 230V, 50 Hz, 2100W, 52/26 rpm, also under full load, that is extremely quiet while running for less strain on the ears. In addition to a completely maintenance-free gear which runs in a sealed oil bath, there is also an operator-friendly safety foot switch with an emergency-stop that can be loaded with the full body weight during operation.

This machine features a proven quick-action hammer chuck for self-tightening with no slippage of the pipes. The large space between the chuck and centering device ensures secure clamping of the longer pipes. The automatic lubrication and cooling oil pump with high pumping volume provides optimized oil distribution directly onto the threading point through the die head to ensure clean threads. The self-centering, ergonomic, wide handled pipe cutter for powerful infeed of the spindle as well as the easy-to-handle deburring device for adjustable deburring positioning make any cutting jobs that need to be done quick and effortless.
