The REMS Amigo R220 Electric Hand Threader is a powerful, easy-to-operate electric tool that's ready for threading. It includes a unique support bracket without the need for a vice. It's the ideal tool for repair, renovation and other applications that require efficient and reliable threading strength. This machine easily produces 16mm-40mm pipe threads and 6mm-30mm bolt threads with trusted and minimal effort.

Small, lightweight, straong and impressively fast, the R220 Amigo threader is incredibly easy to maneuver, which is perfect when working in confined spaces. It only requires one type of small, compact quick-change die head and one type of die so that restocking is easy and efficient. The solid, easy-to-use support bracket supports the die stock against torque in both directions. Secure clamping is accomplished through an angular clamping spindle with a self-supporting effect.

The Amigo is powered by a solid and robust universal motor, 1200W, with a 30% power increase thanks to an automatic carbon brush adjustment while changing the direction of rotation. The peak power input is up to 1800W with a fast threading time of 35 rpm to 27 rpm.

The indestructable and high quality REMS dies offer precise cutting geometry with easy threading and clean threads.Manufactured from high-quality special grade steel, the dies are tempered and hardened for a long life.
